  We have been with State Farm for what seems like forever! They beat all other insurance companies with prices. Kathi is truly the best agent to deal with. Now a days you usually don't get good customer service, but Kathi truly goes out of her way. She is the best of the best! When there was a forest fire that went through our vacation property in 2005, Kathi called right away to lend a hand, truly "like a good neighbor, State Farm is THERE!!!!!"

  There must be something to their slogan, "Like a good neighbor State Farm is there." I've been a State Farm customer for nearly 40 years now, and Lord only knows I've had to test the quality of their commitment during some of life's, unexpected experiences. I continue to be loyal to State Farm, primarily because they deliver exactly what they promise It's that simple. My claims are handled expeditiously, professionally and in a manner which is easily understood. Johns staff is extraordinary too, especially Kathi Lois. When John added Kathi into his office, he brought in one of the most knowledgeable, honest and caring professionals in the area. Her integrity, dedication and down to earth personality, is an asset Johns office would find difficult to replace. This is truly a complete five star agency, with five star personnel.

  All five stars are deserved, and I take stars very seriously. I have been with State Farm since I got my first car, and in moving away, going to college, getting married, buying a home, having kids.........Kathi has been a WONDERFUL, knowledgeable, honest resource for every question and issue that has come up. She's accessible, quick with responses, and we are so thankful to have her as our agent! Whenever I see advertisements that encourage me to "find out how much I can save"......I think about how much we'd be losing in experience, customer service, and quality if we ever left State Farm for another insurance company.
